Your payment can be transferred via PayPal. In order to use PayPal payment method, you must have a personal PayPal account.
Taxes and duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which have to be paid before you receive the goods. Nudge (/Yalo Oy) cannot control this and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.
Broken or missing items during shipment
The seller is responsible for the products during transport, e.g. if the product is lost or damaged. This is why it is recommended to check the package condition and check for any damage when the shipment is collected. If an item is damaged during transportation, please make a claim immediately to the post office. Please also contact us, so that we can agree on a new delivery of the product.
Uncollected packages or returned goods
Shipping costs for uncollected packages or returned goods will not be paid by Nudge (/Yalo).
Law and Jurisdication
Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement, which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.
Nudge (/Yalo) is committed to respecting your privacy. Nudge (/Yalo) does not transfer any information given by the customer for third parties for any other purpose than processing the order.
